Level I
Exploring the foundations of a safe, healthy yoga practice. Emphasis on standing poses, twists, simple backbends, shoulderstand and other fundamental postures.
Level II
Deeper and expanded study of the standing poses and basic postures. At this level, students will be introduced to headstand, shoulderstand variations, and more advanced backbends.
Level III
This class is designed for students who are familiar with headstand and shoulderstand. Level 1 and 2 postures are consolidated. Emphasis on variations of inversions, balancing postures and backbends.
