Hatha
An ancient system of postures to strengthen, purify and equalize the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems.
Cultivates:   hatha

Restorative
A meditative practice that uses props to support the body in restful poses. Brings tranquility and deep release to the body and mind. Appropriate for everyone.
Cultivates:   Restorative

Vinyasa
Challenging, balanced sequences of postures are linked through vigorous, flowing movement and breath. Best-suited for students familiar with Hatha postures.
Cultivates:   vinyasa

Hatha Flow
Hatha poses linked through gentle, flowing movements and breath. A lovely way to practice, and an excellent introduction to Vinyasa.
Cultivates:   gentle vinyasa

Flow Fundamentals
This class focuses on alignment in a moderately-paced flow, with some longer holds. Props are used to delve deeper into specific areas of the body. Excellent for men who often deal with tight shoulders, backs, and hamstring issues.
Cultivates: 

Iyengar
This class explores diverse sequences of postures, allowing for safe and careful progress from basic postures to the most advanced. A profound opportunity for mind/body awareness as we connect, combine, and refine asanas.
Cultivates: 

Back Care Yoga
This class will teach you how to strengthen and release tension in all the muscle groups involved in the holding patterns that underly the most common back problems. Instructor: Tina Ratsep

A balanced yoga practice cultivates these seven seeds, encouraging the development of our full human potential.


Yoga Lab/Body focus
These are a short series of classes (3 or 4 weeks) that will intently focus on a certain part of the anatomy of the body. You can take these specialized practices into your regular yoga practice to build strength and improve the flow of breath and energy, releasing the chronic patterns that we have sub-conciously  created in our bodies through out our lifetime.
These are pre-registerd classes and limited in size . Please see pre-reg classes for dates and descriptions.
